大规模集采，国产CPU占比飙升至近70%

国产 ARM 服务器是中国电信这轮集采的“主力军”，即便不考虑标包8 的混合服务器数量，需求也达近 7万台，占比为 44.6%，华为鲲鹏、飞腾有望成为主要中标厂商。
令人关注的是，这次集采不仅要求了ARM v8、ARM v8.2 版本，还对最新的 ARM v9 提出需求，这或许间接证实了 Arm v9 确实不受X国出％口管*制影响，已有中国企业拿到 ARM v9 授权。
在其余国产芯片中，C86 架构服务器（海光可能是主要供应商）需求约 1.4万台，占比达 8.7%；龙芯中科的 LoongArch 架构 CPU 需求为 600台；兆芯的永丰架构需求为 100台；申威 SW64 架构需求为 1200台。而这次标包8 是混合型服务器，其中要求 ARM 或 C86 架构约 1.3万台，以此计算国产 ARM + C86 合计占比超 60%。

再说各包，不分是不是要求国产、不看是不是X86的有什么用。是很热闹，但是中兴中了的标包是什么，标包1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8是非国产X86，标12、19是国产X86。国产ARM标包11、14、16、18中兴都没得份额。标包22是中兴独中，用中兴珠峰处理器，但要注意唯独这个标包要国产却不要求处理器核国内设计，就是给中兴专门留的，不会看不出来吧？
