2025年1月上海两会期间，郑民华等多名政协委员、医学专家反映某些集采药品可能存在质量风险问题。
目前，相关情况已有了国家医保局等部门的回应，具体如下：
- 关于降压药：上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院提供的临床真实世界研究成果显示，针对原发性高血压患者，采用原研及仿制氨氯地平治疗均能获得较好效果，可有效降低血压水平，且安全性相当。
- 关于麻醉药：对第九批集采麻醉药“丙泊酚乳状注射液”的使用记录进行回顾性比较，纳入2023年12月和2024年12月在肝胆外科病区接受全身麻醉的腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者，从麻醉全过程看，原研药与集采仿制药平均麻醉药用量无统计学差异。
- 关于泻药：委员们吐槽的用于肠道准备的复方聚乙二醇电解质散剂，是第十批才被集采新纳入的品种，2024年12月30日刚刚公布中选结果，相关医院和医护人员根本就还没有使用过集采后的泻药，不存在“泻药不泻”问题。
